Refund policy
Refused Parcels
If a customer refuses a parcel upon delivery (e.g., informs the delivery driver they no longer want it), The Hair Nurse is not responsible for issuing refunds or replacements. Refused parcels are disposed of at the mailing office and are not returned to us. As our products are cosmetic, they are automatically discarded upon refusal for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damages
Please report any damage to your parcel within 3 days of receiving it. Be sure to include clear photos or videos of the issue, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible to resolve it.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, The Hair Nurse does not accept returns at this time.
